Description of Services: Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people injured in traumatic motor vehicle and work-related accidents * work with patients to restore their pre-accident level of function in their work, activities of daily living, mobility, and social roles * services provided by occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologist/neuropsychologist, physiatrist, massage therapists, registered nurse, speech language pathologist, social worker, chiropodist, chiropractor, dietitian, acupuncturist, prosthetists, and pharmacists

Requirements
Fees: Services may be covered by WISB and auto insurance
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People who have sustained traumatic injuries in motor vehicle or workplace accidents, such as burns, amputations, mild to moderate acquired brain injuries, and complex orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries * must be able to actively participate in the rehabilitation program * must be able to arrange/manage own transportation
