Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people injured in traumatic motor vehicle and work-related accidents * work with patients to restore their pre-accident level of function in their work, activities of daily living, mobility, and social roles * services provided by occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologist/neuropsychologist, physiatrist, massage therapists, registered nurse, speech language pathologist, social worker, chiropodist, chiropractor, dietitian, acupuncturist, prosthetists, and pharmacists Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality |
