Description of Services: 6-week hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have had elective knee and hip replacement surgery * services include:
  • home exercises programs with access to aquatic programs as needed
  • group rehab program
  • ongoing monitoring and evaluation of post-operative pain
  • evaluation and recommendations for mobility aids and home equipment

Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
