Description of Services: Inpatient rehabilitation program for adults recovering from a stroke, acquired brain injury, or neurological condition * services provided by physicians, physiotherapists, neuro-psychologist, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacist, recreational therapist, speech language pathologist, and social worker

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Medically stable adults 18 years and older who have recently had a stroke, acquired brain injury, or other neurological condition, and would benefit from short-stay intensive rehabilitation * must be able to participate in at least one therapy session each day * physiatrist assessment required to determine if patient is appropriate for this service
