Diagnosis: | specific diagnosis or condition related to: complicated hip and knee arthroplasties; arthroplasty revisions; more than one MSK pathology; extensive MSK trauma; non-surgical musculoskeletal conditions requiring rehabilitation (e.g. system lupus erythrematosis, rheumatoid arthritis); other illness whose major requirement is musculoskeletal | ||
