Description of Services: 26-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit for older adults * provide longer term, less intense therapy to improve patients' functionality and maximize their level of independence

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Medically stable adults 55 years and older * must have identified therapy goals before admission in at least two areas (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology) * must have sufficient cognitive capacity to participate in goal-setting and be able to learn and retain therapy instructions/information * must be able to tolerate and benefit from regular therapy * must be motivated and willing to participate in programs offered * must have an identified discharge destination
