Support and education group for adults who have had a neurological diagnosis such as stroke, acquired brain injury, or neurodegenerative disease * facilitated by a social worker, with guest speakers attending on occasion * topics are guided by group interest and focus on areas of psycho-social adjustment after a neurological event * group meets biweekly for approximately 16 weeks
