Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People who have sustained multiple traumatic injuries, or are recovering from complex medical conditions and/or surgical procedures * must have active rehab goals and be able to participate and tolerate increasing amounts of rehab therapy * must have adequate cognitive communication abilities for rehab * must have a reliable means of transportation
